  1. There are several ways to locate the parts you need.

    • If you know the part number or description: Use the search box located on the upper left hand corner of our home page.  This will guide you directly to the product.

    • If you know the specific engine or transmission model you are working on and would recognize the part if you saw  a picture of it then: go to the left hand column of our home page and scroll down until you find your model (engine or transmission).  Select it and a series of part pictures will be displayed.  Scroll down to find your part.  You will know it when you see it and that part is specifically for the model selected
      The list of pictures (together with part numbers and descriptions) are arranged in a logical order so you can also find related parts that you may also need.

    • If you know the Category (Detroit, Twin Disc, Allison, Gauges, or Accessories) go to the tabs on upper central part of our website.  Select the category and a list of the specific model will appear.  Select the specific model and a series of part pictures will be displayed.  Scroll down to find your part.  You will know it when you see it and that part is specifically for the model selected

    Diesel Pro Power carries more than 2 times the number of parts displayed on our site but has limited the display to the most popular parts that customers purchase online.  This is to avoid overwhelming our customers with too many parts.


  4. To completely eliminate the possibility of error you must be sure to:

    • Know your engine or transmission model. Check with your mechanic if you are unsure.

    • Then select your engine or transmission model from the list of engine and transmission models we service. To do this, go to the left hand column of our home page, place pointer icon directly over the type of application that applies to your inquiry (ex. Detroit Diesel, Twin Disc, Allison, Engine Gauges, Marine Accessories). Choose model of engine or transmission. Scroll down until you find your model. Once selected, a series of parts pictures will be displayed. These parts are specific for the engine or transmission model selected. There will be no errors. Scroll down to find your part. You will know it when you see it. You will find part number and description for further confirmation.

    • If you would like to confirm if a part listed online is specific to your engine, provide us with your engine serial number and we will conduct a part search through our software to confirm if the part listed on our website matches your particular engine.

    • Once you have completed the 3 steps above, you can be assured that you have selected the right parts.

  5. Yes, the pictures online represent the actual part(s) you will receive.


  6. Yes, the quantities shown on the online pictures represent the quantities you will receive.


  7. All parts listed online are usually in stock and ready to ship out within 24hrs.


  8. All orders ship within 24hrs of order placement and upon payment confirmation.



  9. Yes, simply follow the standard ordering process and enter your full name and/or company name along with our company address in the "ship to" address section provided as follows

  10. Add the items and quantities you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, then enter your zip code in the blank box location on the bottom left of the shopping cart page. Click GO after entering your zip code. Select shipping method from dropped down menu and you will receive your estimated shipping cost. Please note, postal code should be removed from shipping calculator as this may interfere with order processing. Proceed to checkout upon completion of your shopping cart. Shipping charges will be added during checkout process.


  11. For estimated shipping charges of your overseas order, send us an email at sales@dieselpro.com (English) espanol@dieselpro.com (para español) with items and quantities you would like to order along with your ship to address and we will provide you with the freight charge and estimated delivery time. Please be sure to indicate the airport or port where we would be shipping.


  12. Yes. Please send us an email at sales@dieselpro.com (for English) espanol@dieselpro.com (para Español) with copy of your shopping cart, full name, company name (if available) and shipping address. We will forward you our wire transfer instructions upon receipt of your information. You can also send this information via fax at 305-545-8217.


  13. Yes. Simply mail us your check (made out to Diesel Pro Power Inc.) directly to our address included below. Be sure to include a copy of your shopping cart, along with your billing and shipping instructions. We will process your order as soon as your check has been cleared and funds have been confirmed by our bank.

  15. Unfortunately, our website is not able to reduce the sales taxes for orders shipped to resellers within the state of Florida. You may however, complete your order online including sales taxes then fax us your valid resale certificate along with your online order confirmation number and we will arrange a full credit for sales taxes paid within 48 hours. We must receive resale tax certificate within 24 hours of order completion.

  16. All parts listed on our website are premium aftermarket Diesel Pro Parts manufactured for us under our brand name. All of our parts meet OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer’s) or exceed specifications. All original equipment manufacturers names, drawings, and parts numbers are used for identification purposes only, and we are no way implying that any of our parts are original equipment parts.

    All re-buildable used cores must be shipped directly to our warehouse within 30 days of invoice date with all transportation charges prepaid. Our warehouse is located at 761 NW 3rd Street, Miami, Florida. 33128. Please be sure to reference your invoice number to properly credit your account.

  19. Yes, we will ship directly to you in the USA or outside the USA according to your instructions.


  20. Upon completion of your online order, you will immediately receive an email from both Diesel Pro Power Inc and Google checkout confirming your four-digit order number. We process all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Once the order is shipped out, you will receive an email your tracking number. You can use your tracking number to check the status of your order directly online at anytime.

  21. No Problem. Simply enter your complete billing information including full name/business name as it appears on your credit card statement followed by your local forwarding company's shipping information including a contact name,  phone number and address.

  23. Diesel Pro Power will provide you with technical information as it relates to navigating our website, locate parts, placing order, and shipping related questions.

    All questions that relate to engine troubleshooting, diagnosis, and installation must be referred to your mechanic and/or the original equipment manufacturer owner’s manual for your specific equipment. Diesel Pro Power is not in a position to replace the physical inspection, troubleshooting or diagnosis of equipment from remote locations.

     

  24. No problem. From Google checkout, underneath sign in box on right side, click on “can’t access your account?” This will take you to another screen where you can reset your password by entering the email address you used to sign in to your Google Account. If you are a Gmail user, type your Gmail username. You will receive an email with the subject “Google Account Recovery” which will include a password reset link. Follow this link and enter a new password. 


  25. You can send us an e-mail with your order confirmation number, informing us that you need the package to be sent without requiring a signature when being delivered, and we will make the necessary arrangements..
