Do your products have a warranty?
We offer one year warranties on new products, and 6 month warranties on rebuilt products. If there is any doubt, we also accept returns on un-used merchandise, as long as it is returned to us within 30 days.

Do you have ERG parts for the newer series 60 engines?
Yes, we carry these parts, which have been applied to many engines after the early 1990’s.

What else is needed for installation?
General wear-and-tear items should be replaced whenever servicing the engine, since it will be easier to do while the engine is disassembled. These include the shaft retainer ring, and the cylinder head bolt, as well as any washers that are old, especially since these items are inexpensive. The gaskets MUST be changed when the cylinder head is replaced. We offer gasket kits that are built for each engine type, and contain all of the gaskets and seals needed for the install.

How will I know if the cylinder head needs to be replaced?
If you suspect that the engine has overheated in the past, this is a sign that you should consider replacing the head, as this can cause the unit to warp and not perform correctly. If the head is cracked, or otherwise contains physical damage, do not try to reuse, or continue using, the unit.
