Frequent Questions

  1. If you know your engine or transmission model, you can find the parts you are looking for! It is that simple. To find what you need, you do not need part numbers (for 99% of the parts). If you are on the home page, click on the brand (Detroit Diesel, Cummings, Twin Disc, Allison, gauges..etc).

    The site itself will do the rest for you. It will ask you for your engine or transmission, then it will display in groups all of the parts that we carry for your specific engine. It will ask you to select the group under which the part you are looking for is. Example if you are looking for and oil cooler, you would click on the oil group. Now you are all set, you will see your oil cooler and parts that are used with the oil cooler.

    The rest is too easy to even ask you to read. In addition, you are never alone. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is always there to help you with anything you need.

We will walk you through and answer every single question and can speak directly with your mechanic to verify any information that you are unsure of. We will never sell you the wrong part.   4. All parts listed online are in stock and ready to ship out within 24hrs of payment confirmation. In very rare cases if someone buys all of the parts of an item you are looking for, we would notify you of it and you have a choice to cancel the item or waiting an additional 24hrs for that individual part to be sent to you. Our policy is 24hr shipping and it is something we have been doing since 1989.

  11. Unfortunately, our website is not able to reduce the sales taxes for orders shipped within the state of Florida. However, you can complete your order online including the sales taxes then send us a signed copy of your Florida sales tax certificate referencing your 9 digit order number. We must receive a valid Florida sales tax certificate on the same day the order has was placed in order for us to honor the tax refund, no exceptions. You can fax your sales tax certificate to 305-545-9557 or e-mail it to sales@dieselpro.com. We will arrange a full credit for sales taxes paid within 48 hours.

  12. All parts listed on our website are Diesel Pro Power parts, they are premium aftermarket. All of our parts meet or exceed OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer's) specifications. All original equipment manufacturers names, drawings, and parts numbers are used for identification purposes only, and we are no way implying that any of our parts are original equipment parts. We do however carry many original equipment parts in our inventory and website as well.

  13. Diesel Pro Premium aftermarket parts are manufactured for us under our brand name. Information regarding our manufacturers is proprietary information. All parts listed on our website are Diesel Pro Power parts, they are premium aftermarket. All of our parts meet or exceed OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer's) specifications. All original equipment manufacturers names, drawings, and parts numbers are used for identification purposes only, and we are no way implying that any of our parts are original equipment parts.

  15. Yes, we will ship directly to you in the USA or outside the USA according to your instructions. We currently service over 126 countries.

  16. Upon completion of your online order, you will immediately receive an email from Diesel Pro Power Inc confirming your nine-digit order number. We process all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Upon shipping your order, you will receive confirmation and tracking information. You will always now where your order stands. You can use your tracking number to check the status of your orders shipment directly online at anytime.

  18. Unfortunately, our website is not able to reduce the sales taxes for orders shipped within the state of Florida. You may however, complete your order online including the sales taxes then fax us your airway bill or bill of lading containing your name as the consignee. Our company name and our commercial invoice number must be stated in such document. We must receive the proof of export within 7 business days of the invoice date. The information on the proof of export MUST match the information you provided to us upon placing your order for us to be able to comply with USA law and refund the sales tas. No exceptions. Fax or e-mail proof of export to 305-545-9557 or e-mail is to sales@dieselpro.com. We will arrange a full credit for sales taxes paid within 48 hours.

  19. Diesel Pro Power will provide you with technical information as it relates to navigating our website, finding technical resources and or OEM manuals, locating parts, placing order, and shipping related questions.

    All questions that relate to engine troubleshooting, diagnosis, and installation must be referred to your mechanic and/or the original equipment manufacturer owner's manual for your specific equipment. Diesel Pro Power is not in a position to replace the physical inspection, troubleshooting or diagnosis of equipment from remote locations

  21. We currently do not work with USPS. We have found USPS not to be reliable in picking up our products and delivering on time. A delay in picking up an order from our warehouse creates an unacceptable delivery delay that is not acceptable to Diesel Pro or our customers
