Warranty Policy

Diesel Pro Power stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Our warranty policy is designed to give you peace of mind while clearly outlining what is—and isn’t—covered under warranty.


Warranty Coverage


We offer limited warranties on the following product types:


  • Remanufactured Products:
    Covered under a 6-month limited warranty from the date of shipment.


  • New Products:
    Covered under a 12-month limited warranty from the date of shipment.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only.


What’s Covered


If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Diesel Pro Power may, at our sole discretion:


  • Repair the defective part

  • Replace it with a comparable item

  • Issue a refund or credit

All warranty resolutions are subject to Diesel Pro Power’s evaluation and approval.


What’s Not Covered


Our warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:


  • Improper installation

  • Contaminated fluids or lack of lubrication

  • Overheating, abuse, or neglect

  • Unauthorized modifications or tampering

  • Incorrect application or use

We also do not cover:

  • Labor or installation costs

  • Towing or freight expenses

  • Downtime, lost income, or other consequential damages


Warranty Claim Process


To submit a warranty claim:


  1. Complete a Warranty Claim Form  (Available On Request)(Contact Us)

  2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from our team before returning any item

  3. Prepare the item:

    • Clean and drain all fluids

    • Package the part securely to prevent damage during transit

Once received, the part will be inspected. If the warranty claim is approved, Diesel Pro Power will cover return freight and the cost of repair or replacement. If the claim is denied, the customer will be responsible for return freight if they wish the item returned.


Additional Notes


  • Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Parts returned without an RA# or proper documentation will not be accepted for warranty review.

  • We reserve the right to revise or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
