Customers are responsible for freight to send cores back to Diesel Pro Power, Inc.  Since only cores deemed to be rebuildable will be accepted, before sending a core back to Diesel Pro Power, Inc. for inspection, please consider the guidelines below to avoid potential rejection and associated costs with shipping your core.  If you deem that it is worth sending your core back to Diesel Pro Power, Inc. use THIS LINK to process a Returns Of Goods Authorization Form, which will give you further information on how to return your core and notify us that you have the intention of returning it.
