Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returned items. DPP must approve the return in advance.

Return Authorization Required: You must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before shipping items back.

Freight Responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Refund Method: Approved returns are refunded as a credit to the original payment method used.

Exclusions: Returns will not be accepted for:

Used parts

Items installed or altered in any way

Items returned without an RA#

Items returned more than 30 days after shipment

Defective Parts Policy

Warranty Claim: If a part is found defective within the warranty period, DPP may repair or replace the part at its discretion.

Warranty Period:
-
Remanufactured products: 6 months
-
New products: 12 months
-

Claim Procedure:

Customer must submit a Warranty Claim Form and receive authorization before returning any product.

Returned items must be cleaned, drained, and packaged properly.

If warranty is approved, DPP will cover the return freight and cost of replacement/repair.

Rejected Claims: If the claim is denied, the customer must pay return freight to receive the part back.
Special Order and Electrical Items

Non-Returnable Items: Electrical components, special order items, and custom-built parts cannot be returned.
Core Return Policy

Core Credits: Eligible cores must be returned within 30 days to receive credit.

Condition Requirements:

Must be returned in rebuildable condition

Must be the same part number or configuration
-

Core Deduction: Deductions may apply for damaged, incomplete, or unusable cores.
Shipping Damage Claims

All damages incurred during transit must be reported immediately to the carrier and DPP.

Claims must be filed by the customer with the carrier directly.
Limitation of Liability

DPP’s liability is limited solely to the replacement or refund of defective parts.

DPP is not liable for:

Labor costs
-
Downtime
-
Consequential damages
-
Loss of income
-
Installation or removal expenses
-
Dispute Resolution
-
Any legal action must be brought in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the laws of the State of Florida.

DPP may seek attorney’s fees in disputes.
-
Arbitration and litigation clauses apply per the American Arbitration Association rules.
