How can I find the part(s) I need?
If you know the specific engine or transmission model you are working on and would recognize the part if you saw a picture of it then: go to our home page and select the application for the part (ex: Detroit Diesel, Twin Disc or Allison). Then, on the next page, find your model (engine or transmission). Select it and a series of part pictures and categories will be displayed. Scroll to find the category associated with the part you are looking for, (ex: injector tip will be under the injector category), click on the category and select the part you need. You can be confident that the part you choose will be specific to your applications model.
The list of parts and pictures are arranged on our website in a logical order so you can conveniently find other items related to what you are needing.

Then select your application from the list of engine and transmission models we service. To do this, go to our home page and click on the picture of the application that relates to your inquiry (ex. Detroit Diesel, Twin Disc, Allison, Engine Gauges, Marine Accessories) For engines and transmisisons, choose your model, For gauges choose from mechanical or electrical and for marine accessories choose the accessory type. Once selected, a series of part pictures will be displayed. These parts are specific for the engine or transmission model selected. There will be no errors. Scroll down to find your part, you will be abel to identify it once you see it. You will also find detailed product descpiptions for futher confirmation.

If you would like to confirm if a part listed online is specific to your engine, just provide us with your engine serial number and we will conduct a part search through our software to confirm if the part listed on our website matches your particular engine.

Unfortunately, our website is not able to reduce the sales taxes for orders shipped within the state of Florida. However, you can complete your order online including the sales taxes then send us a signed copy of your Florida sales tax certificate referencing your 9 digit order number. We must receive a valid Florida sales tax certificate on the same day the order has was placed in order for us to honor the refund, no exceptions. You can fax your sales tax certificate to 305-545-9557 or e-mail it to sales@dieselpro.com. We will arrange a full credit for sales taxes paid within 48 hours.

All re-buildable used cores must be shipped directly to our warehouse within 30 days of invoice date with all transportation charges prepaid. Our warehouse is located at 761 NW 3rd Street, Miami, Florida. 33128, please reference your invoice number on the return to assure that the proper account easily identified for the credit.

No Problem, from the checkout page, simply enter your complete billing information as it appears on your credit card statement followed by your forwarder's complete contact information.

Unfortunately, our website is not able to reduce the sales taxes for orders shipped within the state of Florida. You may however, complete your order online including the sales taxes then fax us your airway bill or bill of lading containing your consignee information our company name and our commercial invoice number. We must receive the proof of export within 7 business days of the invoice date. The information on the proof of export MUST match the information you provided to us upon placing your order, no exceptions. Fax or e-mail proof of export to 305-545-9557 or e-mail is to sales@dieselpro.com. We will arrange a full credit for sales taxes paid within 48 hours.
