The Sales Representative position is geared towards maximum contribution, success and growth of our customers, our team and our company. We only hire exceptional people with passion, a great track record of growth, sales goals achievement and a well-established habit of being continual learners.

Objectives:
- Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment. Meet sales goals (daily, monthly, quarterly)
- Maximize sales opportunities, Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company’s platform and perform daily, review of leads and lead sources. Make outbound calls daily and convert leads to customers.
- Represent the company core values in all interactions
Competencies:
- Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions.
- Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent.
- Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
- Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles.
- Highly desired to be multilingual (Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Malay)
Experience:
- Strong and consistent sales growth track record (6 years +)
- Strong engine parts knowledge ( Detroit, Cummins, Caterpillar a plus)
- Strong presentation skills
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
